Our Consultancy
Established in July 1991 by Stephen Hall and Stephen Gledhill
who between them had over 50 years experience in design, construction,
management, maintenance and examination of pressure systems.
Until recently engineering inspection services only looked at
the pressure vessel, air receivers and boilers and often missed
the many protective devices that make up and provide the essential
safety system to protect the whole pressure system including pipework
and pressure equipment. Mandate provide a service that covers these
important issues plus advise on methods of reducing the running
and energy cost of systems.
Since 1991 the company has helped more than 2000 companies to comply
with pressure systems regulations and have produced over 7000 technical
pressure system safety manuals, which include written schemes of examination.
Mandate Systems UK Ltd are full members of INITA, Independent National
Inspection & Testing Associations, have BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 & Investors
in People. Staff and associates qualifications Ceng, FIEE, FIMechE,
MIMgt, MIIE (Mech), AIIRSM.
